The park is situated alongside the Latvian A8 highway which connects in with the trans-national European road network linking Poland, Lithuania, Estonia and Finland with connections beyond to Russia and Byelorussia.

Jelgava is an established industrial centre and the park is an industrial area that has access to all services including the potential for large supplies of gas, electricity and water. Site services have been renewed and internal road networks and landscaping works completed. In addition, the local road connecting the park with the main feeder road has been upgraded providing easy access for heavy vehicles.
